Aisha Hinds is an American actress who is best famous for her role in the television series The Shield and True Blood. Since her 2003 debut, she has shown her range in acting performing outstandingly in TV series such as 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7, and Under the Dome. In 2005, she received attention first for her performance as Anna in Assault on Precinct 13 The first time she was recognized was for her role in the biographical 2005 film All the Way. Hind was also recognized for her portrayal of Harriet Tubman in WGN America's historical show, the drama Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 9-1-1 was renewed for the third series from 20th Century Fox Television. Recently Hind completed filming for the Hollywood film Godzilla: King of the Monsters that is set to release mid-2019. The father Krishnaraj is a senior Army scientist who passed away on March 18, 2017. Her mother Vrinda was a domestic worker. Aditya Bachchan, an engineer in the merchant navy, and also her brother works for her. Bachchan's brother co-produced and co-wrote the film Dil Ka Rishta with their mother. The family moved to Mumbai and she was a student at Arya Vidya Mandir. Jai Hind College was her the last institution of intermediate before joining D.G. Ruparel College Matunga was where she was awarded a mark of 90% in her H.S.C. exams. As a teenager, she spent five years learning classical music and dancing. Zoology was one of her subjects. Bachchan was an undergraduate student in architecture in 1994 when she won the title of Miss World. The title catapulted Bachchan into the fast-lane of modeling. Her career was booming with PepsiCo Inc. and Vogue magazine, as well as a spokesmodel contract with L'Oreal Paris in 2003. She got married Abhishek Bachchan, a co-star, who is the son of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan. This marriage brought two of India's most prominent personalities to one another.
